Mr Marks has over 18 years global commercial experience in accounting, consulting, corporate finance and corporate roles. He held senior roles with Coopers & Lybrand (PwC), Arthur Anderson (now KordaMentha) and General Electric with experience working across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, China and Hong Kong.
Previous to his role as Managing Director for Vivid Technology, Mr Marks founded Toroso Group (subsequently Main Street Capital).
Mr Marks is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Business and is Six Sigma qualified through General Electric. He is a Director of The Melbourne Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation which provides education opportunities for financially disadvantaged youth.
